Miller County Man Facing DWI Charges Following Traffic Stop Monday

A 56-year-old Brumley man is being held in the Miller County Jail on felony charges after trying to flee from the highway patrol during an alleged DWI stop.

The highway patrol report indicates that it happened shortly after 11:30 Monday morning.

Dale McComb faces pending felony charges of DWI habitual offender, resisting arrest by fleeing and driving revoked.

McComb also faces other pending driving-related offenses.

McComb was put on a 24-hour hold.
