Kaiser Woman Faces Pending Felony Charges Following Traffic Stop In Miller County

A Kaiser woman faces felony charges after being picked up by the highway patrol in Miller County.

The patrol says it happened right before 3:00 Tuesday afternoon.

56-year-old Rose Cooper was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs and driving revoked.

She also was cited for not being on the right side of the road.

Cooper was taken to the Miller County Jail and put on a 12 hour hold.
