Lake Ozark Woman Injured In Osage Arm Boating Accident

A Lake Ozark woman is injured when she was tossed into the air and came down wrong on the boat she was a passenger in at the 12-mile mark of the Osage Arm.

The water patrol division of the highway patrol says it happened early Thursday afternoon when the 26-foot boat hit a large wake.

64-year-old Teresa McDonald was not wearing a life jacket and suffered moderate injuries. She was taken to Lake Regional.

The driver of the boat, 80-year-old John McDonald also from Lake Ozark, was not injured.
