Two Injured In Miller County Crash Involving A 14-Year-Old Driver

Two people are injured early Friday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident on V-F-W Road near Cender Road in Miller County.

The highway patrol says a 14-year-old boy was driving when he lost control sending the car off the roadway striking a tree and overturning.

Both, the juvenile and his passenger, 34-year-old Wayne Dilley Junior, suffered minor injuries.

The juvenile refused E-M-S at the scene while Dilley was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Neither one had been a wearing a seat belt at the time.

Dilley is also being charged in Miller County with endangering the welfare of a child, DWI with physical injury, leaving the scene of a physical injury accident and not wearing a seat blet.
