Mother Nature is sending another wave of snow our direction.
According to the National Weather Service, residents throughout the Lake Region could be seeing anywhere from 2 to 7 inches of snow, depending on the boundary line of activity.
A Winter Storm watch will go into effect on Tuesday night, currently set for Pulaski, Laclede and Maries counties only at this time.

Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches with localized amounts up to 7 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southwest Missouri. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation. Persons should consider delaying travel Tuesday night into Wednesday. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing. Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help you survive in case you become stranded.
