83-Year-Old Injured In Car Crash On Thursday Near Lookout Trail

An 83-year-old from California, Missouri, is seriously hurt when the car she was driving late Thursday afternoon traveled off Lookout Trail near Circle Drive in Moniteau County before striking an embankment, becoming airborne and then hitting a tree.

The highway patrol says Ida Wolfe was wearing a seat.

She was taken to a Jefferson City hospital.
